Blog 10....Skills audit ... Where I began to where I am and how I can improve
Below is a skills audit based on performance analysis. It is a comparison of where I feel my skill levels were when I first analysed to where I feel I am at now (1 being bad 10 being good). How each skill is defined in this audit:- Communication- Speaking to the athlete, coach, scout or any other department or person that requires the analysis in a clear and concise way that gets across the points you want to make. Developing relationships- Having the trust of those who you are analysing/speaking to so that they are invested in what you are telling them. Organizational- Being able to multi task, work to deadlines etc Creativity- Getting your message across, in different ways that are suitable to different people as not everyone will understand things the same way Adaptive- Being able to adapt to any sudden changes in any aspect. Reflective- Ability to look back and assess previous situations, what you did well, what you can improve on. Filming- Being able to film, from the right angles...
